Prices are in Australian Dollars.
All items will be held in the cart until you are ready to checkout.
Shipping is through Australia Post (or by Courier) and is available as Regular or Express mail.
Insurance is also available for an additional charge.
Shipping charges will be automatically calculated at checkout, after you have entered your suburb and postcode (Australian addresses only). You will only be charged the actual shipping costs, based on the size and weight of the final order. If the cart over-charges the shipping costs we will reimburse the over-charge back to the customer. If you feel that the shipping charge is wrong, please contact us so we can check it.
Pick-ups are available on orders valued at over $50.
We accept payments by creditcard, bank account and e-cheque through Paypal. You will be redirected to paypal's secure website after completing checkout (you do not need to have a paypal account).
Customers can also pay by Bank Deposit, our bank details will be provided after completing checkout.
We can only hold items for 1 week whilst awaiting payment. If payment is not received the order will be cancelled and the item(s) re-listed.
Items will be dispatched within 3 - 5 days from us receiving your cleared payment and are posted on Tuesdays and Thursdays only.
An invoice will be enclosed with the package. If the item is intended as a gift and you would like us not to include an invoice, please advise us of this by using the comments section in the checkout.
