DISCOUNTS:
Store discounts and promotions are available from time to time in the store. A discount code will be advised along with details of the promotion. The discount code MUST be entered in the checkout at the time of purchase and the discounted amount will automatically be applied to the order. Discounts do not apply to shipping charges. Only one discount code may be entered per order at any time.

CANCELLATIONS:
If you require your order to be cancelled, please contact us within 24 hours of submitting the order. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders if:
The order is for a personalised item which has already been processed.
The order has already been dispatched.
*In some instances the item can be returned to us and we will refund the item price, excluding the shipping charge.

RETURNS/REFUNDS:
We will replace an item that is lost or damaged in transit only when postage Insurance has been added to the order. Please contact us immediately after you receive the goods and a replacement will be sent asap. If the item is no longer available, an alternate product or refund will be offered.

If we make a mistake with your order, eg incorrect product or details, we will cover the cost of sending a replacement (including the shipping charge).

All items are described in great detail with photos, therefore we are unable to refund personalised items.

We are unable to accept returns if customers make incorrect choices or spelling errors, please make sure all details are entered correctly

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item (excluding personalised items)  we are more than happy to refund you or exchange for another item in store. Shipping already paid can not be refunded as this can not be recovered from Australia Post, therefore the buyer is responsible for return postage charges.

We make every effort to ensure that the goods are as described in the listing. However, occasionally some vey slight variations may occur in colour, specifications or other aspects. Our entire liability to you or any third parties is limited to the sale of the relevant goods.
